We are looking for service technicians to join our team at Marol, Mumbai. You will inspect products, identify faults, replace defective parts, complete quality checks, update devices using laptop-based tools, and prepare products for reuse.

Employment: Permanent, 1 month probation period.

Responsibilities

- Understand technical aspects of our products
- Identify faults and repair electronics and mechanical parts according to set processes
- Inspect appliances and identify faults
- Clean appliances before and after repair
- Repair or replace defective parts
- Safely disassemble and reassemble products
- Test repaired units to ensure proper functionality
- Update device software and settings using laptop-based tools according to set processes




- Record repair details and complete quality checklists
- Maintain repair records using a computer or spreadsheet
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and secure
- Follow all repair and safety procedures

Requirements

- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical or electronic repairs
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic understanding of written and spoken English
- Ability to use common hand tools and measuring instruments
- Willingness to learn and work in a team

Preferred

- Experience repairing home appliances or electronic products
