? URGENT HIRING – CRM & Lead Management Executive ?

We are looking for a smart and fast-working CRM & Lead Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage our incoming data, assign leads to counselors quickly, and maintain database quality. If you love working with data, know Microsoft Excel well, and have valuable experience with CRM systems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management : Collect incoming leads from Facebook ads, Google campaigns, website forms, and third-party portals, and upload them accurately into our CRM system.

Lead Shuffling & Allocation : Distribute fresh leads immediately to admission counselors so that calls happen without delay. Reassign uncontacted or idle leads to ensure maximum conversion.

Data Cleaning & Deduplication : Remove duplicate entries, fix incorrect phone numbers/emails,



and clean raw data before sharing it with the sales team.

Data Churning & Re-engagement: Separate cold or old leads and structure them into clean lists for WhatsApp, SMS, and email marketing campaigns.

Counselor Follow-up Tracking : Monitor daily counselor activity in the CRM to make sure no lead is missed or delayed.

Daily Reporting : Prepare daily and weekly Excel reports tracking lead counts, counselor performance, source performance, and overall admissions.
