• CRM, EMR/EHR, and Business-System Integrations: Design, build, and maintain integrations with legal practice-management platforms, medical systems, accounting platforms, calendars, and other industry tools.
• Reliable Appointment Scheduling: Own availability checks, booking, rescheduling, cancellations, confirmations, and synchronization across systems. Resolve time-zone issues, duplicate bookings, scheduling conflicts, and failed updates.
• Voice AI Workflows: Connect Twilio and OpenAI conversations to dependable backend actions, including intake, contact creation, scheduling, call transfers, and follow-up.
• Integration Architecture: Build reusable connectors with secure authentication, consistent data mapping, background processing, retries, duplicate prevention, monitoring, and recovery from failures.
• Full-Stack Development: Deliver changes across the frontend, backend, databases, and third-party services. Investigate production problems and implement fixes directly.
• Infrastructure and Reliability: Improve cloud infrastructure, deployments, CI/CD, observability, performance, security, and operating costs.
• Technical Leadership: Work closely with the CTO to translate priorities into practical technical plans. Guide developers, review code, remove blockers, and stay accountable through testing, deployment, and customer use. Must-Have

• Experience with scheduling or transactional workflows where incorrect or duplicate actions have real consequences.
• Practical cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and incident-response experience.
• Ability to understand an existing codebase quickly, identify root causes, and deliver focused improvements.
• Clear communication, sound technical judgment, and experience leading other engineers while remaining an active individual contributor. Nice-to-Have
• Twilio voice, real-time audio streaming, OpenAI APIs, and AI tool/function calling.
• Google Calendar, Microsoft Graph, and scheduling-platform integrations.
• Legal platforms such as Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, or Lawmatics.
• Healthcare integrations such as athenahealth or Office Ally, including familiarity with FHIR/HL7 where applicable.
