This is an entry-level role that requires some basic knowledge of retirement plans and follows established procedures designed to minimize market risks and gain/loss situations. This role is responsible for asset mapping entry based on fund mapping strategies associated with wires received from prior record keepers. This role will also be responsible for QC and Posting of wires. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Asset mapping entry of wires received that are less complex in nature
• Process and QA of wires received
• Process daily wires including pushing money to associated funds
• Coordinate plan-to-plan transfers
• Process residual wires
• Process refunds

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree OTHER

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
• Experience working with 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans preferred
• Strong analytical/problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST.



Should be flexible to work in rotational shift
