Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate at GetBeds. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and engage prospective patients and hospital partners, explain GetBeds’ services, and guide prospects through the onboarding process. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls or messages, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up consistently to close deals and meet commission-based sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient and hospital experience, gathering feedback from customers, and sharing insights to improve processes and service offerings.



Success in this position requires a proactive approach to outreach, transparent communication, and the ability to build trust with patients and healthcare providers in a remote, digital environment. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in sales, lead generation, and closing commission-based deals, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex healthcare services in explicit, accessible language.
• Experience with CRM systems, online communication tools, and basic data entry, along with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads remotely.
• Customer service and patient support skills, including empathy, active listening, and a solutions-oriented mindset when addressing questions or concerns.
• Self-motivated, target-driven approach, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, patient coordination, or service-based sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or healthcare-related fields is a plus.
