Role Description The Wood Floor Quality Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based at our factory in Moradabad. This role is responsible for inspecting wood flooring materials and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. Daily tasks include performing visual and dimensional checks, documenting inspection results, identifying defects, and coordinating with production teams to address nonconformities. The specialist will implement and maintain quality control procedures on the production floor, support internal audits,



and assist in root-cause analysis and corrective actions. The role also involves clear communication with supervisors and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement in floor quality, safety, and efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support root-cause analysis in wood floor production.
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to maintain standards and procedures on the factory floor.
• Background in Quality Auditing to conduct inspections, internal audits, and compliance checks for materials and finished products.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with production, maintenance, and management teams and report findings clearly.
• Experience in wood products, flooring, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., checklists, sampling plans, basic SPC) is an advantage.
• Ability to work in office in Moradabad, with attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety and company policies.
• Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or a related field preferred.
