Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging, personalized online classes for K–12 students.
• Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs.
• Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with the academic team regarding student performance. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation in a relevant subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and working with school-age students.
• Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to commit approximately 3 hours per day.
