Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Operations Intern – Talent Sourcer to support our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential interviewers for various roles, leveraging skilled platforms, and ensuring a smooth interviewers pipeline for the team.

Responsibilities:
• Interviewers Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other professional platforms to identify potential interviewers. Build and maintain a talent pool of interviewers across various industries and roles.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate interviewers' fit for specific roles. Shortlist interviewers based on qualifications, experience, and requirements.




• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups. Track and report sourcing activities and results.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Operations team to understand hiring needs and priorities of clients. Provide support in sourcing right interviewers.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, boolean search, etc.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous exposure to recruitment OR operations is a plus. THIS IS NOT A CORE TALENT ACQUISITION ROLE. Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Recruitment, placement cell, etc along with strong communication skills are ESSENTIAL.
