8-12 Years Role Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Python Developer with 8–12 years of experience in backend application development, API design, microservices, cloud technologies, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Lead architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems. Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Support sprint planning, estimations,
and delivery management.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring engineers. Primary Skills
• 8–12 years experience in Python development.
• Solid knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices. Preferred Skills
• AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Git and code review practices.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or Generative AI applications.
