Role Description The Senior System Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India. This position is responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, translating them into system specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and improve ITS solutions such as toll management, smart parking, and traffic management systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed systems analysis, documenting workflows and use cases, coordinating with development and QA teams, and participating in system configuration, testing, and implementation. The role involves troubleshooting complex system issues, optimizing system performance, and providing guidance and support to stakeholders and junior team members. The Senior System Analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives,



ensuring solutions remain scalable, secure, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Systems Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and system design.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making in complex technical environments.
• Candidates should possess a robust foundation in Information Technology, including understanding of software architectures, databases, and networking concepts.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to translate business needs into technical specifications and support stakeholder communication.
