Remote Commitment: Part-time, flexible, task-based No prior AI experience required. Role Responsibilities
• Run simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and give expert feedback.
• Build clear grading criteria for contract work.
• Help refine guidelines for AI contract review. Requirements
• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions, including MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Robust analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into clear feedback.
• Exposure to AI or legal tech is a plus. Application Process
