Master's degree in Management / Procurement / Supply Chain / Finance or equivalent from a recognized university or institution.
Skilled certification in procurement or contract management such as CIPS, CPPP, or equivalent shall be desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in public procurement, tender management, contract management, procurement advisory, or transaction advisory services.
- Experience in preparation and management of RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, bid processes, and procurement documentation.
