Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials Consultant with 10 12 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, support, upgrades, and business transformation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise across Oracle Financials modules and have proven experience in driving end-to-end implementations, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user training.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective Oracle Financials solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business requirement gathering workshops with Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
- Analyze existing financial processes and recommend Oracle EBS Financials solutions and best practices.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Financials modules.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare solution design recommendations.
- Manage end-to-end implementation activities including:
- Requirement Gathering
- Solution Design
- Configuration
- Testing
- Data Validation
- User Training
- Go-Live Support

- Prepare functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on development and integration activities.
- Support period-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide production support and issue resolution.
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Implementation Experience

- Minimum 2 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS Financials implementations.
- Experience in Oracle EBS upgrades, rollouts, and support engagements.
- Expertise in business process mapping and solution design.
- Strong experience in data migration and reconciliation activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or Oracle Certifications would be an added advantage.
