Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, gather, and document business requirements.

Analyse existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams.

Coordinate with IT and development teams to communicate business requirements and ensure accurate implementation.

Conduct requirement analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of requirements.

Perform data analysis and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system functionalities, and coordinate resolution of identified issues.

Document workflows, business processes, standard operating procedures, and functional specifications.





Identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation, and operational efficiency.

Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and smooth execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

Robust analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools will be an added advantage.

Understanding of business process mapping and requirement gathering techniques.

Ability to prepare BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and functional documentation.

Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within defined timelines.
