Role Description The Interior Architect role at SREEKA INTERIOR is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Interior Architect will be responsible for developing interior concepts, preparing layouts and drawings, and coordinating design details for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, working with clients to understand requirements, and translating those needs into functional, well-designed interiors. The role involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and craftsmen to oversee interior fit-outs, ensure design intent is maintained,



and monitor quality and timelines on site. The Interior Architect will also participate in site visits, measurements, and design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Interior Architecture, with the ability to integrate aesthetics and functionality.
• Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Space Planning and Architecture, including layout development and productive use of available space.
• Candidates should possess experience in Interior Fit-out, including coordination with vendors, contractors, and on-site execution teams.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) is highly beneficial.
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and create technical drawings are important.
• Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects in Hyderabad or similar markets is an advantage.
