We’re Hiring: High School Sales Manager ? Delhi NCR Only | Full-Time | Hybrid + Field Visits ? ₹45,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives + Travel Reimbursement About EduCare Taiwan For the past six years, EduCare Taiwan has helped Indian students secure admissions and scholarships at Taiwanese universities, primarily for Master’s and PhD programs. We are now expanding into bachelor’s programs and are looking for a confident, proactive professional to grow our high school network across Delhi NCR and turn student interest into applications.

About the Role
You will connect with school decision-makers, secure opportunities for presentations and counseling sessions, and engage students and parents on studying in Taiwan. This role combines school outreach, relationship management, presentations, and student recruitment, with transparent responsibility for generating qualified leads and supporting application conversions. What You’ll Do
• Identify and approach high schools across Delhi NCR, building relationships with principals, coordinators, counselors, and teachers.
• Secure and coordinate school seminars, webinars, career sessions, and student/parent interactions.
• Deliver engaging presentations on EduCare Taiwan and bachelor’s study opportunities in Taiwan.
• Understand each school’s priorities and tailor your outreach accordingly.
• Address questions from students and parents through clear, credible communication.
• Follow up with interested students and families to move qualified enquiries toward applications.
• Maintain long-term school partnerships and track outreach, engagement,



and recruitment outcomes. Who We’re Looking For
• You have 5+ years of experience in school outreach, counseling, education consulting, admissions, student recruitment, or a related role.
• Relevant backgrounds include School Coordinator, Activities Coordinator, Career/College Counselor, Academic Coordinator, School Administrator, Education Consultant, and School Outreach Professional. You should also be:
• Confident engaging with principals and senior school leadership.
• An effective presenter, communicator, and relationship-builder.
• Able to build trust with students and parents and help them make informed decisions.
• Proactive, organized, adaptable, and focused on measurable results.
