Role Description The Senior Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and optimizing EDI processes that support GHX’s healthcare supply chain solutions. This role involves analyzing, designing, and maintaining EDI transactions and integrations between providers, suppliers, and GHX platforms. The analyst will perform daily monitoring of EDI workflows, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal technical teams and external partners, and ensure timely resolution of data and transmission problems. Responsibilities include conducting systems and data analysis, documenting requirements, implementing configuration changes,



and validating new or updated EDI mappings. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, supporting compliance with industry standards, and providing guidance to stakeholders on best practices for electronic trading and data exchange. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex transaction data and identify trends or issues.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), including standards, formats, and protocols commonly used in healthcare and supply chain environments.
• Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose integration, mapping, and connectivity problems and implement effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess Systems Analysis experience to gather requirements, design EDI workflows, and collaborate on technical implementations.
• Relevant experience with B2B integrations, ERP or supply chain systems, and healthcare or regulated industries is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a collaborative working style are key.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Experience in a senior or lead EDI role, including mentoring team members and contributing to process and quality improvements, is an advantage.
