& Summary: The Valuations Group specializes in valuation of wide spectrum of businesses, shares, and assets (tangible and intangible) that assists clients in taking key decisions in several areas including, strategic transactions (such as acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and joint ventures), internal/financial restructuring, strategic decision making and legal issues. Job Position Title: Senior Associate_Fixed Asset Valuations_ Deals Advisory_ Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee end-to-end Fixed Asset valuation engagements across diverse sectors including manufacturing, energy, chemicals, mining, and infrastructure.
• Provide guidance and supervision to team members conducting site inspections to assess asset existence, condition, utilization, maintenance history, and operating environment.
• Develop and review comprehensive valuation models, ensuring quality control over work performed by junior team members.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously,



effectively coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Mentor, train, and develop junior team members to strengthen technical capabilities within the team.
• Oversee fair value assessments in connection with:
• Purchase Price Allocation (Ind AS 103/IFRS 3)
• Impairment testing (Ind AS 36/IAS 36)
• Useful life and residual value evaluations (Ind AS 16/IAS 16)
• Address and resolve queries raised by clients and auditors in a timely and skilled manner.
• Drive project management activities, including timeline tracking, scope management, and deliverable quality, ensuring strict adherence to engagement protocols and standards. Mandatory skill sets: Real Estate, Plant & Machinery Valuations Preferred skill sets: Real Estate, Plant & Machinery Valuations Years of experience required: 4-6 years Education qualification: CA / MBA
