PLEASE READ AND APPLY Role Overview We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Manager who will own the social media presence, brand voice and Meta lead generation for our client accounts, from planning to reporting. You will plan content, run Instagram and Meta ad campaigns that bring in quality leads, and manage projects and team coordination. This role needs someone who works independently, delivers on time and tracks results in numbers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management Plan and manage monthly content calendars for assigned accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms Write captions, hashtags and post copy that match each brand’s voice Publish posts and daily stories on time, without reminders Keep the brand voice, tone and visual style consistent on all platforms Apply Social Media Optimization (SMO) practices to improve reach and engagement Reply to comments and messages and keep the community active Manage Google Business Profile, including posts, offers, photos, updates and reviews Follow trends and suggest fresh, platform-relevant ideas 2. Lead Generation (Instagram Ads) Plan, set up and run Instagram and Meta lead generation campaigns from start to finish Choose the right objective, audience, budget and placements for each campaign Work with the design team on ad creatives and write ad copy that converts Set up lead forms and make sure leads reach the client or sales team without delay Monitor campaigns daily and track lead quality, cost per lead and conversions Test creatives, audiences and copy, and optimize or pause what does not work Share weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement, leads and cost per lead 3. Project Management Own the full project cycle for each account: brief, planning, execution, review and delivery Break every project into tasks with clear owners, priorities and deadlines Maintain a daily task tracker and update it twice a day Track progress daily,



remove blockers and follow up on pending tasks within 24 hours Flag delays early, with a clear reason and a new timeline Manage client communication, approvals and feedback, and keep revisions to a minimum 4. Team Collaboration Work closely with the design, video, photography and internal teams to deliver on time Turn client briefs into clear content ideas and brief the team with objective, copy, references and deadline Review all creatives and captions before they are published Follow up with the team to check that leads are called, handled and nurtured Share the workload fairly and take ownership, so that no one has to cover for missed work Join morning calls on time and keep communication clear and quick Required Skills Strong social media marketing and SMO skills Hands-on experience running and optimizing Instagram and Meta lead generation campaigns Good content strategy and writing skills Project management

Experience:
2-3 years in social media management, digital marketing or brand communication, with experience in managing projects and coordinating teams.

Education:
