What You'll Do
You'll work closely with our team and gain practical exposure to different aspects of HR, including: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Learn to screen resumes, engage candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Support hiring across Data Engineering, Cloud, AI, and other emerging technologies. HR Operations & Employee Experience
• Assist with onboarding activities and employee documentation.
• Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
• Help maintain HR records, trackers, and reports. People & Culture
• Participate in initiatives that promote a positive and collaborative work culture.




• Support employee communication, recognition, and team engagement activities.
• Learn how HR contributes to employee development and organizational growth. Who We're Looking For
• MBA with a specialization in Human Resources, HR Management, or other related disciplines.
• Freshers or recent postgraduates passionate about building a career in HR.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and online collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
