Role Description The Video Content Creator for Instagram will be responsible for planning, scripting, shooting, and editing short-form video content that showcases properties, market insights, customer stories, and brand messaging. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bhopal, where the creator will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align content with campaign goals and platform trends. Daily tasks include brainstorming creative concepts, capturing high-quality footage (including on-location property shoots), editing videos optimized for Instagram Reels and Stories, and preparing engaging captions and hooks. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, staying up to date with Instagram features and trends, and continuously testing new formats to grow reach and engagement.



The Video Content Creator is expected to contribute ideas proactively, manage a content calendar, and ensure all output reflects Nextdeal’s brand voice and visual standards. Qualifications
• Strong video production skills, including shooting, framing, lighting, and audio capture for short-form content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar mobile editing apps) for Instagram-native formats.
• Solid understanding of Instagram best practices, trends, Reels, Stories, and basic social media analytics.
• Ability to develop concepts, write simple scripts or outlines, and create engaging hooks and captions.
• Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills for overlays, text, and simple animations are an advantage.
• Strong storytelling skills with an eye for visual detail and brand consistency.
• Comfort working on-site in Bhopal, including occasional property visits and location-based shoots.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Prior experience in social media content creation; experience in real estate or marketplaces is a plus.
• Relevant education or training in media, communications, design, filmmaking, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
