Role Description The Service Engineer role at Unicorn Denmart Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in India. The Service Engineer is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of dental equipment, including chairs, imaging systems, scanners, and clinical devices, at customer locations. This role involves diagnosing technical issues, performing troubleshooting, and providing timely field service and technical support to ensure minimal equipment downtime.



The Service Engineer will document service activities, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth parts management and follow-up visits. The position also requires regular interaction with customers to explain equipment functionalities, provide basic user training, and uphold Unicorn Denmart’s standards for skilled, reliable after-sales service. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site visits and customer-facing support in clinical or healthcare environments.
• Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair capabilities for electro-mechanical and electronic medical or dental devices.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams in a clear, professional manner.
• Diploma or degree in engineering (e.g., biomedical, electronics, electrical, mechanical) or a related technical field.
• Ability to travel within assigned regions in India and work independently in the field.
• Basic understanding of dental or medical equipment and safety standards is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
