About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & SEO Consultant who can take ownership of our broader digital marketing strategy, strengthen our online presence, and help scale existing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing across multiple channels, with particular expertise in SEO, organic growth, and social media marketing. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, identify growth opportunities, understand existing marketing challenges, and translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. This role requires someone who can drive strategy while also being hands-on with execution, experimentation, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Marketing Strategy & Growth: Develop and own the broader digital marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to improve brand visibility, audience reach, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• SEO & Organic Growth: Drive SEO strategy, improve organic search visibility, identify technical and content-related opportunities, and develop sustainable organic growth initiatives.
• Social Media Marketing: Define and guide social media strategies, strengthen brand positioning, improve audience engagement, and build a consistent digital presence.
• Digital Marketing Ownership: Understand and leverage different digital marketing channels to create an integrated approach towards marketing and business growth.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives across relevant channels, ensuring they align with business priorities.
• Marketing Analysis: Evaluate existing marketing efforts, identify gaps, analyse performance, and recommend improvements based on data and business objectives.
• Scaling Initiatives: Take existing marketing activities to the next level by identifying what is working, addressing what isn't, and developing strategies for sustainable growth.

Translate marketing strategies into actionable execution plans, coordinate with internal teams or external partners, and ensure timely implementation.
• Performance & Optimisation: Track relevant marketing metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimise initiatives to improve outcomes. Engagement

• 8+ years of experience across digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of broader digital marketing practices, with hands-on expertise in SEO and social media marketing.
• Experience developing and scaling marketing initiatives, preferably in established or growing businesses.
• Ability to build marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and translate them into practical execution plans.
• Strong understanding of organic growth, search visibility, content strategy, social media, and digital brand positioning.
• Experience evaluating marketing performance, identifying gaps, and making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to understand how different marketing channels complement each other and contribute to business growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
