Role Description The Project Manager – SWRO Pipeline is a full-time, on-site position based at Jamnagar. The Project Manager will lead the execution of a major seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) pipeline project, covering a 2 m diameter marine outfall pipeline along with the onshore (land) pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing the project end to end, managing the schedule, budget and resources, and overseeing pipe fabrication, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning, both offshore and onshore. The role involves coordinating marine spreads (barges, pontoons, dredging, divers and pulling or float-and-sink operations) as well as onshore trenching, crossings and right-of-way work. The Project Manager will be the main point of contact for the client, consultants and subcontractors, and will ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality and statutory requirements, including CRZ and maritime board approvals.



He or she will work closely with senior leadership on progress, risks and commercial matters, including billing, variations and claims. Qualifications

Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; a PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in pipeline and/or marine construction, including at least 5 years as Project Manager.
• Proven experience executing large-diameter pipelines (1.5 m to 2 m+) in HDPE, MS, GRP or DI.
• Hands-on experience with seawater intake and outfall systems, SWRO or desalination projects, or offshore pipe laying, including diffusers, trenching, backfilling and pipe pulling.
• Experience in onshore cross-country pipelines, including HDD, road and rail crossings, and hydrotesting.
• Track record of delivering large-value projects (₹200 Cr+) for major clients such as Reliance, L&T;, Adani, ONGC or large EPC companies.
• Strong skills in planning (Primavera/MS Project), cost control, subcontractor management and client handling.
• Sound knowledge of HSE, quality systems and relevant codes and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under time constraints.
• Willing to be based at the project site for the duration of the project.
