Experience:
Around 3 years in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales / Partnerships DesignCafe is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to strengthen our Offline Customer Acquisition team. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem, hands-on field sales experience, and the ability to build and manage strong relationships with brokers, developers, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, scale, and manage offline sales channels across the assigned region.
• Drive lead generation, site visits, and customer conversions to achieve business targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and local channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's offline acquisition network.
• Monitor sales performance and key business metrics to improve productivity and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with central operations and marketing teams for seamless execution.




• Drive partner onboarding and establish effective field sales processes.
• Ensure consistent business growth through strong on-ground execution. What We Are Looking For:
• Around 3 years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and local market dynamics.
• Proven experience in field sales and on-ground business development.
• Experience in building partnerships and managing channel sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Solid ownership, target orientation, and data-driven sales approach. Additional Requirement:
