• Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
• Work Mode: First 3 months from office followed by Hybrid (4 days WFO.)
• Cab Facility: Company-provided cab for pick-up and drop as per the company transport policy
• Medical Policy: Comprehensive medical insurance policy with coverage for specified parents
• Coordinate daily billing tasks and provide direction to team
• Review and validate billing data for accuracy and compliance before submission
• Assist in processing complex or high-volume billing items
• Monitor adherence to customer specific billing standards and documentation requirements
• Support the preparation and review of unbilled reports
• Respond to internal and external billing inquiries and escalate unresolved issues to billing supervisor
• Train new billing team members and reinforce best practices
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and assist with implementing changes Must have skills
