The Role You work alongside our Creative Director and own the creative from brief to footage. You take what a client needs, figure out how to make it perform on social, write the scripts and shot lists, and shoot the simpler productions yourself. Larger commercial shoots are handled by other members of our team. You move rapid, you ship, and you don't wait for perfect conditions to get started.
