About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead with strong B2B SaaS and startup experience to drive marketing initiatives for BayEngage and TargetBay's B2B product. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, AI adoption, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple marketing channels, leading a small team, and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for BayEngage and B2B product.
• Drive SEO, AEO, content marketing, and organic growth initiatives.
• Plan and execute cold email campaigns and B2B demand-generation activities.
• Manage website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, website management,



workflow automation, and design assets.
• Oversee social media marketing and brand communication.
• Lead a small marketing team while remaining actively involved in execution.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:
• 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS companies.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
• Robust hands-on expertise in SEO, AEO, content marketing, and cold email campaigns.
• Practical experience using AI tools across marketing activities.
• Ability to manage website content and marketing workflows independently.
• Experience managing and mentoring a small team.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and execution skills.
