Company Description CmF – Centre for microFinance is a Rajasthan-based non-profit organization established in 2007 to catalyze community-based microfinance and agriculture-based livelihoods. Over time, CmF has expanded its work to include education, skills development, nutrition, water, and sanitation, using a multi-thematic approach in rural communities. The organization serves as a technical partner to state government programs in rural livelihoods and education, helping scale proven models and learnings. CmF is supported by philanthropic foundations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and works closely with government and other implementing agencies to strengthen Self-Help Groups, enhance livelihoods, and improve social outcomes across multiple districts. Role Description The Library Executive will manage and organize CmF’s resource library, ensuring that books, reports, training materials, and digital resources are properly cataloged, easily accessible, and updated. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining records of library assets, issuing and tracking materials borrowed by team members and partners, and supporting staff and visitors in locating relevant information for programs and research. The role involves coordinating with different program teams to gather and archive learning documents, case studies, and reference materials, and may include basic data entry and documentation support. The Library Executive will also help maintain a quiet, orderly,

and welcoming learning space, and assist in developing straightforward systems or guidelines to improve knowledge sharing across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sawai Madhopur. Qualifications
• Strong organizational and cataloging abilities, including maintaining inventories, records, and systematic filing of physical and digital materials.
• Basic documentation and data management skills, such as using spreadsheets or simple databases to track resources and usage.

• Attention to detail and reliability in handling, issuing, and storing books, reports, training modules, and other knowledge resources.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email) and comfort learning simple library or knowledge-management tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and support multiple program teams in a dynamic, field-oriented non-profit environment.
• Interest in rural development, livelihoods, education, or social sector work; prior experience in a library, documentation center, or similar role is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; formal training in library science or information management is preferred but not mandatory.
