Role Description This is a contract, on-site Graphics Design Trainer role based in Bilaspur for training K-12 school students . The Graphics Design Trainer will plan and deliver training sessions on graphic design fundamentals, visual communication, and industry-standard design tools to learners at various skill levels. Responsibilities include preparing curriculum and training materials, demonstrating design techniques through practical examples, supervising hands-on projects, and providing constructive feedback to help learners build strong portfolios. The trainer will stay current with design trends and best practices,



collaborate with internal teams to align training with AI LifeBOT’s product and branding needs, and maintain organized records of learner progress and outcomes. Qualifications Good
• graphic design skills, including visual communication, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency with design software such as Canva Photoshop and relevant UI/UX or digital design tools.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or classroom instruction, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
• Practical experience creating digital assets for marketing, user interfaces, social media, or brand identity projects.
• Ability to design structured curricula, lesson plans, and project-based learning activities for beginner and intermediate learners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with teams and learners.
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple batches, sessions, and learner assessments.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field; professional certifications or a robust portfolio are highly valued.
• Familiarity with AI, chatbots, or digital product environments is an advantage.
