Job Summary Anoud Technologies is looking for an experienced Account Manager (Project Manager) to manage client-facing software product delivery and oversee multiple projects across global teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the expected quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple software product projects across global clients and teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, relationship management, and client satisfaction.
• Drive project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, costs, and quality to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates, reports, and delivery insights.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability, productivity, and successful completion of project milestones.
• Implement and follow Agile methodologies, delivery processes, and project governance practices.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to project commitments, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve project issues and support effective decision-making. Required Skills and Experience




• 10–13 years of overall IT experience, with robust experience in software product delivery.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across global teams.
• Strong project planning, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and delivery governance skills.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong people management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, accountable, and committed to meeting project deadlines. Technical Skills
• Experience with Oracle or Java technologies is preferred.
• Hands-on coding experience is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical project delivery. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the Insurance domain is an added advantage.
• Experience managing international clients and geographically distributed teams.
