We provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation and planning, IRS representation, payroll, company formation, virtual CFO, and advisory services to individuals and businesses across the US. Our clients span technology, retail, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and professional services. What you’ll do
• Prepare Form 1040 returns (Schedules A, B, C, D, E) and simple business returns under senior review.
• Enter data in tax software, run diagnostics, and apply review notes.
• Collect and organize client documents, and flag missing information early.
• Assist with state returns and basic federal/state tax research.
• Assist with deadlines, extensions, and estimated payments. What we're looking for
• BCom / MCom / BBA / MBA Finance /CA Inter / Dropout
• 0–2 years of experience or a relevant internship in accounting or US tax
• Accounting basics (debits and credits, financial statements)
• Valuable Excel skills (formulas, filters, basic pivots)
• Strong attention to detail and clear English communication
• Willingness to learn US tax law and meet peak-season deadlines
• Plus: ProSeries/Drake, QuickBooks, or CPA/EA/CA progress. Job details Permanent, full-time | 2 openings | Mon–Fri for 7 months, Mon–Sat for 5 months (peak season) Why join us
