Job Title : Infrastructure Systems Engineer Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. The role focuses on AWS cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, identity and access management, and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing infrastructure end-to-end, including provisioning, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device lifecycle, compliance, and configuration.
• Manage Microsoft Azure administration, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including tenant, mailbox, and service management.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group provisioning, identity and access management, and security policies.
• Perform enterprise server patching, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, endpoints, servers, and enterprise networks.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues escalated beyond first-line support.
• Tune, configure, and optimize AI agents for infrastructure operations and automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and other scripting tools to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.




• Monitor infrastructure performance and support ongoing improvements in reliability, security, and efficiency. Required Skills
• Microsoft Intune : Endpoint management, device lifecycle, compliance, and configuration.
• Microsoft Azure : Azure administration, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online administration.
• Microsoft Entra ID : Identity and access management (IAM), user and group provisioning, and security policies.
• Server Patching : Enterprise server patch management and lifecycle administration.
• L2 Support : Advanced troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies, endpoints, servers, and enterprise networks.
• AI Agent Tuning : Configuration, tuning, and optimization of AI agents.
• AWS Cloud : Strong practical expertise in AWS services and architecture.
• Scripting & Automation : Working proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and general scripting. Preferred Skills
• Fortinet Technologies : Experience with FortiManager and FortiNAC is a significant advantage.
• Jira & Confluence : Experience with ticket management, issue tracking, and technical documentation.
• DNS Management : DNS record configuration and management.
• Certificate Management : SSL/TLS certificate renewal and administration. Additional Skills
• Experience with cloud technologies and network monitoring tools.
• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage infrastructure tasks independently and efficiently.
