• Project & Technical Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, scope management, and alignment with business objectives.
• Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a strong understanding of software development practices, .

• Agile & Scrum Management: Drive Agile/Scrum practices, facilitate effective ceremonies, improve sprint planning and execution, and enhance team velocity and delivery predictability.
• Team Leadership & Accountability: Lead cross-functional engineering teams, establish clear ownership, remove blockers, and drive teams toward committed delivery outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, communicate delivery progress, manage expectations, and provide explicit visibility into risks and dependencies.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify delivery risks, manage dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and resolve escalations effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Use delivery metrics, sprint performance, team velocity, and quality indicators to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen execution.
• Engineering Productivity & AI:



Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools and engineering practices to improve developer productivity, code quality, testing efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
