Your role You will handle projects for design and development, interact with Team leaders, technical leader internal and external stake holders, inter team communication and present & discuss the concepts and final designs with supporting/required calculations. You will be responsible for creating Approval layouts and final manufacturing drawings along with final release package and documentation for project. Your Roles and Responsibilities
• Study the project inputs and collect data from Internal stakeholders.
• Conduct or be a part of project kick off meeting with internal stakeholders.
• Freeze the scope of work and create tentative delivery schedule along with estimate for hours.
• Create concept/concepts along with necessary calculation and validations by using checklists.
• Conduct internal concept/design reviews.
• Update status sheets daily.
• Conduct quality checks of self and / or team’s output to ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
• Deliver error-free outputs — “FIRST TIME RIGHT”
• Should be having good interpersonal skills and should be valuable team player. Experience
- Preferred skills and Knowledge
• 5 + years’ experience in SPM, Automation,



Fixture design.
• Experience in tightening solution designs is an added advantage. Design Skills_
• Hands on experience of conceptual design, Approval layout, manufacturing drawings creation is must.
• Performing design calculations is required.
• Hands on experience of Selection and validation of pneumatic cylinders, electrical motors, gear box.
• Good Experience of GD and T application is required. Software Skills_
• CAD Software
- Hands on experience on SolidWorks (Solid modelling and 2D detailing) and Auto-CAD.(Solid Edge and Creo is an added advantage).
• PLM Software
- Hands on experience on Windchill PDM Link (WGM) will be an added advantage.
• Project Management
- Should be having good project management skills.
• Communication Skills
