· On-site ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month + incentives About Railingo Railingo is India’s luxury architectural metalwork house. We make bespoke cast brass doors, façades and luxury aluminium doors for some of the finest homes in India. We make them in our own facilities and sell them through a growing network of showrooms, from 8 today to 13+ this year. Our clients are HNI homeowners, architects and builders who want exactly their design. Our salespeople are consultants, not counter staff. The role You will own the bespoke sales lane at our showroom: custom doors and made-to-order pieces, high-ticket orders and long conversations with discerning clients and their architects. What you will do Meet HNI clients and architects, and understand their design intent, sizes, finishes and budget Turn each conversation into a clear custom quotation and close it while protecting margin Build relationships with architects and interior designers in your city,



and become their go-to name for luxury doors Coordinate site measurement visits and hand clean specifications to production Run your pipeline on the Railingo Control Tower, our own sales system, where every lead and follow-up is tracked Who we are looking for 5+ years in luxury or high-ticket sales, such as façades, premium furniture, modular kitchens, luxury interiors, premium cars, real estate or jewellery Or an Architect Relationship Manager with a strong network of architects and designers Confident with HNI clients; you can hold a ₹10 lakh+ conversation calmly Fluent Hindi and good English Comfortable reading simple drawings and talking sizes and finishes (we’ll train you on the product) What you get ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 fixed per month (Meerut: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000) Incentives on every order you close, which grow as you cross your target A product few in India can match, and leads from our marketing every day A clear promotion path as we open new showrooms
