About The Role
We are hiring MIS Executives to manage data reporting, dashboards, and IT/reporting systems in a branch-based environment. This position is exclusively reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) with a valid UDID certificate.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather data from departments and prepare comprehensive dashboards and monthly reports (sales, inventory, market share).
• Create, manage, analyze, and debug IT/reporting systems while ensuring strict data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Monitor and maintain software, networks, and databases, and conduct regular system audits.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, user support, and training on MIS tools to branch staff.
• Lead MIS projects,



improve reporting processes, and present actionable insights to management. Key Skills & Technical Requirements
• Core Competencies: Data Analysis, ERP, Cloud Platforms, System Administration, Network Infrastructure.
• Reporting Tools & Database: SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel skills including macros, data cleaning, and large-data handling; strong intermediate MS Office proficiency.
• Soft

Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in the local language.
• Mandatory Certification: Valid UDID (Unique Disability ID) Certificate. Role Conditions & Operational Requirements
• Work Schedule: Willing to work in office from the branch (Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Branch Duties: Required to handle daily counter cash transactions, register balancing, and direct customer-facing service duties.
• Physical & Infrastructure Note: Due to branch layout constraints, teller counter infrastructure, and mobility requirements, candidates who use a wheelchair are unfortunately not eligible for this specific role. This role is exclusively for PwD candidates.
