Role Description The Senior Catalog Analyst is a full time, remote role responsible for leading the strategy, structure, and quality of product catalog data across platforms. Day-to-day tasks include managing and optimizing catalog content, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and defining standards and processes for catalog updates. The role involves performing in-depth data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, operations, and engineering to support business goals. The Senior Catalog Analyst will also develop reporting dashboards, monitor catalog performance metrics,



and propose continuous improvements to enhance searchability, user experience, and conversion. This position may mentor junior analysts and contribute to documentation and best practices for catalog management. Qualifications
• Strong catalog-focused skills, including Catalog Management and Product Catalog organization and optimization.
• Advanced Analytical Skills with hands-on experience in Data Analysis, reporting, and interpreting large data sets.
• Clear and effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights to stakeholders.
• Experience working with e-commerce, digital product catalogs, or content management systems is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, SQL, BI dashboards) and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead analyst role, especially within digital, technology, or online retail organizations, is a plus.
