Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full time capacity, focusing on expanding Eunoia Designtech’s client base and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and managing the sales pipeline. The role involves meeting prospective clients, presenting company services, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The Business Development Executive will maintain ongoing communication with existing clients, provide account servicing,



and coordinate with internal design and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met. This role also includes market research, tracking industry trends, and contributing to sales strategies that support long-term business partnerships. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a robust client pipeline.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, oversee projects, and drive repeat business.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess basic understanding of design, branding, and digital marketing services to confidently represent Eunoia Designtech’s offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in creative, design, or marketing services.
• Strong networking abilities, goal-oriented mindset, and comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software is beneficial.
