We help businesses strengthen their brand presence through creative design and quality signage solutions. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced, highly driven Business Development Executive with a strong sales mindset and the ability to continuously identify, approach and acquire new business clients. This is primarily a field-based sales role (90% fieldwork), focused on client meetings, business development, lead generation, client acquisition and converting opportunities into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate, institutional, retail and business clients.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to generate business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify upcoming branding, signage and advertising requirements.
- Present company services,



negotiate and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build a consistent sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explore recent markets and expand Acube Flair's client base. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in signage, advertising, printing, branding or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Proven field sales and business development capabilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client acquisition skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and motivated by achieving high sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kochi and nearby regions.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred. Compensation & Growth
