Experience:
8+ Years ? Domain: US Staffing We are looking for an experienced HR & Onboarding Specialist with strong expertise in US staffing operations, onboarding coordination, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and scale end-to-end onboarding frameworks capable of managing multiple concurrent departmental activities and supporting rapid internal hiring demands.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for US consultants and employees.
• Handle onboarding paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate tax-related documentation, including W-4, I-9, and other applicable forms.
• Manage C2C, W2, and 1099 onboarding processes and documentation.
• Coordinate background verification, offer documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain strong coordination with consultants, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, MIS reports, and daily/weekly status reports.




• Build and maintain a solid professional network within the US staffing industry.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely onboarding and fulfillment.
• Support the team and contribute to smooth staffing operations and timely closure of hiring needs. Required

Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in US staffing HR and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of US onboarding procedures, paperwork, and tax documentation.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of US staffing models and compliance documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities and support recruitment teams effectively.
