• French: France, Canada, Belgium
• Italian: Italy, Switzerland
• German: Germany, Austria, Switzerland
• Chinese: Mandarin (Mainland China & Taiwan), Cantonese (Hong Kong)
• Japanese
• Korean Roles 1. Transcribers Listen to real-world call-center, voicemail and meeting audio and transcribe it accurately, following detailed guidelines. 2. QA Reviewers Review and correct transcripts to ensure accuracy, with a 97%+ quality standard. Previous review experience preferred. Requirements
• Native fluency, ideally living in the relevant region
• Strong spelling, grammar and attention to detail
• Quiet workspace, headphones and a laptop
• Availability of 25–40 hours per week for the next 2–3 weeks
• Willingness to sign an NDA
• Bonus: Experience with finance, healthcare, insurance or legal terminology
