Role & Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs aligned with national and global standards.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, performance evaluation, and capacity-building initiatives to ensure pedagogical excellence.
• Establish and enforce academic policies, accreditation readiness protocols, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate pedagogy with LMS platforms, adaptive learning tools, and data-driven assessment systems.
• Represent academic interests in cross-functional leadership meetings and guide institutional strategy with data-backed insights.
