The company manufacture pre-engineered buildings, with a state-of-the-art, fully automated integrated roll forming and PEB production facility biggest in Central India. Steelomach has a manufacturing capacity of over 40000 MT per annum, including steel building structures and roof and wall systems, supported by two facilities in Wadoda and Kadholi , Nagpur district. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Nagpur. The Quality Engineer will oversee and implement quality standards for pre-engineered buildings & throughout the production lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include monitoring in-process quality, conducting inspections and tests, documenting non-conformities, and driving corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production and design teams. The role involves reviewing technical specifications,



verifying compliance with internal and customer requirements, and maintaining quality records and reports. The Quality Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives, assist with audits, train operators on quality procedures, and help implement best practices in safety and quality. Qualifications
• Proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design, implement, and improve quality systems and processes.
• Hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for manufacturing or fabrication, ideally in steel, construction, or PEB environments.
• Strong focus on Product Quality, including inspection methods, measurement techniques, and documentation of quality metrics.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and practices (such as ISO quality systems) and basic knowledge of statistical quality tools.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills, with a structured approach to corrective and preventive actions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on the shop floor and in the office.
• Previous experience in PEB, structural steel fabrication, or building systems manufacturing is an advantage.
