- Develop high-quality long-form and short-form content across digital platforms and marketing channels.
- Write SEO-optimised blogs, articles, website copy, landing pages and other organic content designed to drive visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging social media content, monthly content calendars, captions, campaign narratives and platform-specific communication.
- Develop compelling ad copies, headlines, hooks, CTAs and performance-driven content for paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms.
- Translate brand objectives and marketing strategies into effective content and communication.
- Adapt content to different brand voices, target audiences, platforms and communication objectives.
- Research industries, competitors, audiences and trends to develop relevant content strategies and fresh ideas.
- Work closely with Creative, Design, SEO, Social Media and Performance Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Develop brand storytelling, campaign concepts, scripts, website content, emailers and marketing collaterals.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, messaging, positioning and visual communication requirements.
- Review, edit and proofread content for accuracy, originality, readability, consistency and quality.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve content effectiveness, SEO rankings and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with SEO best practices, search algorithms, digital trends, AI tools and evolving content formats.
- Manage multiple brands, content requirements and deadlines in a quick-paced agency environment.

- Strong experience in both long-form and short-form content writing.

- Experience in developing social media calendars, platform-specific content and campaign communication.
- Ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused paid advertising copies.
