Responsibilities:

- Handle accounts receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare clients.
- Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and payment status.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve claim denials and rejections.
- Work on denied, underpaid, and unpaid claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Review claim status, EOBs, and denial codes to determine appropriate resolution.
- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues.




- Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities in the system.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and US healthcare billing processes. Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Solid knowledge of Denial Management and claim follow-up.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in an international voice process.
- Good understanding of US healthcare billing and insurance procedures.
- Ability to achieve productivity and quality targets.
