Role: Sales Coordinator

Boatload Minds is looking for a high-octane Sales Coordinator to join our powerhouse brand, Dito. We need a "Control Tower" for our sales team—someone to manage the flow, handle the paperwork, and make sure our customers are happy from start to finish. The Mission: What You’ll Do
- Lead Manager: Sort through current inquiries, organize them, and hand them off to the right sales person so we never miss a beat.
- Paperwork Pro: Create and send out proposals and important documents to customers quickly and accurately.
- The Journey Guide: Follow the entire process—from the moment a customer says "yes" all the way until the product is fully installed and ready to go.
- The Connector: Stay on the phone You’ll be calling leads to check their interest and following up with existing customers to keep things moving.
- Timeline Keeper: Make sure everyone is sticking to the plan so the customer gets exactly what they need, on time.
- The Team Link: Be the go-to coordinator across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Service, Logistics, and Vendor Development—keeping everyone connected, aligned, and moving in the same direction.

- The

Experience:
At least 1+ years in sales coordination, office admin, or any role where you had to manage lots of moving parts.
- The

Education:
MBA in Sales & Marketing is a big plus
- The

Skills:
You’re great at talking to people, love using Folders/Excel to stay organized, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
- The Mindset: You are high-energy, detail-oriented, and love seeing a project through to the end.
- The

Location:
