- Supervise daily shift activities to meet scheduled production quotas and delivery timelines.
- Manage manpower allocation, shift rotas, and operator deployment across the moulding floor.
- Machine & Mould Operations:
- Oversee the setup, parameter adjustment (temperature, injection pressure, clamping force, cycle times), and trial runs of moulding machines.
- Coordinate quick mould changes and coordinate with the tool room or maintenance team for mould damage, wear, or breakdowns.
- Quality Control & Defect Reduction:
- Conduct first-off inspections and monitor finished plastic parts for flash, sink marks, short shots, warpage, or dimensional inaccuracies.
- Analyze root causes of rejections, scrap, and material wastage to implement corrective actions.
- Maintenance & Auxiliary Support:
- Monitor performance of auxiliary equipment like dryers, chillers, hopper loaders, and temperature controllers.
- Log and track machine downtime and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
- Safety, Housekeeping & Compliance:
- Enforce plant safety rules, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and 5S / 6S workplace organization standards. Pay: ₹10,500.00
