Role Description The Hardware Product Development Lead will drive the design, development, and validation of hardware products for automotive and engineering applications. This full-time, on-site role, based in Pune Division, involves leading hardware architecture definition, circuit design, and prototype development from concept through to production. The position includes coordinating with cross-functional teams such as embedded software, digital engineering, UX/HMI, and verification and validation to ensure seamless integration of hardware with overall system solutions.



The role also covers requirements analysis, component selection, design reviews, performance optimization, and adherence to industry standards and safety requirements. The Lead will mentor hardware engineers, manage project timelines, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and clients to align technical delivery with business objectives. Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in hardware development and computer hardware, with the ability to lead end-to-end product cycles.
- Strong circuit design skills and experience defining hardware architecture for complex engineering or automotive systems.
- Proficiency in hardware design tools (e.g., schematic capture, PCB layout) and familiarity with relevant standards and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with embedded systems, automotive electronics, connectivity protocols, and integration with software platforms.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven ability to manage projects, lead technical teams, and communicate effectively with cross-functional and customer stakeholders.
- Background in prototyping, testing, debugging, and validation of hardware products, including reliability and performance analysis.
- Comfort working in office in Pune Division and collaborating in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
