About the Company
Pipan Oils Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting management in financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Handle ledger scrutiny, journal entries, general ledger and month-end closing.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts and financial statements.
- Manage GST returns, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements and financial summaries.
- Monitor outstanding payments, receivables, payables and working capital.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks and financial institutions.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
- Maintain proper books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.




- Ensure timely completion of audits and statutory filings.
- Support management with financial data, reports and analysis. Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Management.
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Experience in Balance Sheet and P&L; finalization.
- Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Management.
- Expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliance and Auditing.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software.
- Good command of MS Excel and MIS Reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities and meet deadlines. Candidate Profile

- Experience in manufacturing, trading or oil-related industries will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, taxation and financial reporting.
- Ability to independently handle accounting operations and coordinate with auditors.
